Abstract

ABSTRACT. Introduction. The conspiracy between Russia and the United States is one of the most controversial topics in recent years. So, to learn more about the matter, in this paper we consult the book "Conspiracy: How Russia helped Trump to win the election" by Luke Harding. The original title of the text is "Collusion" and it was published in 2017, in Spain and Mexico. Method. For the elaboration of the review, a documentary review of the work was made and the reflexive method was applied. Conclusion. Harding presents a series of events involving Donald Trump and Russia as allies in a boycott against the Democratic Party, Hillary Clinton, and even against the sovereignty of the United States. In that sense, the analyzed work explains the real behind-the-scenes of how the U.S. electoral process was carried out and everything that preceded it, since there is always control and manipulation through access to information.
