Abstract

The planning and programming process of a construction project has the purpose of executing it in the most optimal time, with the best quality and the lowest possible cost; as well as forecast the duration and cost of the activities that comprise it. The increase in labor productivity implies positive impacts for any project, since jobs with less waste of resources and time can be accomplished, achieving quality projects, as well as profits for the company and benefits for its employees. To achieve this objective, preliminary, it is necessary to identify, classify and study the magnitude of the various factors that influence such yields. The work consisted in analyze and evaluate the level of impact that various influential factors have on labor performance in the "Terravista Bleu" construction project carried out in San Pedro Sula. To check the hypotheses, the quantitative approach was used through the application of attitude scales to a total of 39 elements of the sample, with a total of 44 items, performing correlational analyzes, as well as descriptive analyzes using descriptive statistics and frequency distribution of the collected data. The results showed that the equipment, the labor aspects and the characteristics of the worker are the variables that are most related to the work performance, in the same decreasing order, followed by the weather, the characteristics of the worker and the conditions of the work, which is indicative that applying actions over these factors can trigger positive results in the project realization efficiency.
