Abstract

In this issue, Tekné dedicates its editorial to paying tribute to the memory and legacy of Dr. Reyna M. Durón, who served as Director of Research at UNITEC. We express our gratitude for her invaluable contribution to the consolidation of this journal and her commitment to science, research, and public service, and we reaffirm our commitment to continuing to instill the spirit of excellence and research that she embodied, especially among new generations of scientists and professionals.
