Abstract
Medical postgraduate training faces challenges in Honduras. There are few reports in the literature on non-academic aspects that affect medical education in the country. This may be due to the little knowledge that exists about research in medical education, evaluation processes and their importance in the development of the Honduran medical academy. We propose a list of modifiable factors that can affect medical education, as well as recommendations that can favor the development of postgraduate medical education in Honduras. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
