LUMEN is an electronic scientific journal on educational innovation published in Honduras by the Central American Technological University (UNITEC) since 2025. Its objective is to disseminate methodological experiences and national and international scientific production on various aspects of educational innovation.

The journal operates under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/). LUMEN follows international journal standards, as described in its policies and author guidelines.

Publication schedule

LUMEN is a continuous publication journal with an annual frequency. Each volume begins on January 2 and ends on December 30 of the same year. In addition, special issues and supplements may be published as determined by the Editorial Committee.

The process will begin from the publication of the first issue.

Editorial processing fees

LUMEN does not charge any editorial processing fees.
